PDP Congress: Burutu PDP Is In Safe Hand With Chamber Oversea As Chairman
The frontline chairmanship aspirant of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Burutu Local Government, Chamber Oversea hails from Tubegbe Town of Tuomo Ward 03, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State. He is a graduate of Economics and a Politician. He was also an Administrator and a Lecturer. He was highly experienced lecturer in the Department of Banking and Finance in the Defunct Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro, (now Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro.)
Chamber Oversea was lectured the Following Courses under the School of Business Studies, Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro: Principles of Economics, International Trade and Finance, Nigerian Financial Institutions and Business Research Methods in the Departments of Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Office Technology and Management(OTM), Marketing, Mathematics & Statistics and Quantity Surveying.
As a highly experienced lecturer, he thought the OND and HND students in the department of Banking & Finance, how to write their projects work.
As politician, he has served the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in different capacity. Chamber Oversea was Ward Assistant Secretary of the party from 2001 to 2004, Ward Publicity Secretary (PRO) from 2004 to 2008 and Ward Chairman from 2012 to 2016 in Tuomo Ward 03, Burutu LGA of Delta State respectively.
In 2023 General Elections: Chamber Oversea held the following Positions in collaboration with the members and the leaders of the party in the Local Government to bring the Party into victory in the State level and Burutu 11 State Constituency:
He was a Member Sub-Committee of Volunteer Group in PDP State Campaign Councils 2023 General Elections. He held the office of the Youths Mobilization in Tuomo Ward 03 of the Ward Campaign Councils of the Party in 2023 General Elections. Chamber Oversea was a PDP Ward Agent, Tuomo Ward 03 in 2023 General Elections and among others.
As a member of Sub-Committee of the State Campaign Councils, Chamber Oversea made himself available for the 25 LGAs’ campaigns and he was part and parcel in the Delta South Senatorial District WARD to WARD Campaign. Rt. Hon. Funkekeme Solomon can attest on the above fact as the DG of State Campaign Councils, 2023. As the youths mobilization of Tuomo Ward 03 Campaign Councils, he collaborated with the Ward Chairman and the Ward Conductor to embark on rigorous Unit to Unit Campaign to deliver our great party PDP. Hon. Akpoebide Ebimienkumor can also affirm for that as the Ward Chairman. Despite the numerous challenges of the 2023 General Elections, Chamber Oversea and other party faithfuls in UNIT 015, KOUWARE QUARTERS, TUBEGBE TOWN in Tuomo Ward 03 give the party landslide victory in 2023 general elections despite financial inducements from APC.
With his academic and political background, Chamber OVERSEA is the most qualified Chairmanship candidate among other aspirants. He has the experience and capacity to pilot the affairs of PDP with new innovative strategies and collaboration with the dogged political Leaders of the Party in the LGA to win all future elections in Burutu Local Government Area. Therefore, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is in safe hand with Chamber Oversea as chairman.
