Oversea Congratulates Chief P. Y Biakpara On His Reappointment As Governing Council Board Member

The frontline chairmanship aspirant of PDP Burutu Local Government, Chamber Oversea has congratulated Chief P. Y Biakpara for his reappointment as board member.
