The leaders of Presidential Amnesty Programme, phase 2 Gen Clement Wodo, Gen Goddy Kaduna, and Gen Abobra Posibi have expressed their dismay of those who want to cause problems between ex-agitators and the Administrator Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro (PhD).
The online video allege that the office of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) is full of fraud and mismanagement of funds since Otuaro came on board.
“We are calling on Jude Gbaboyo to stop misleading the beneficiaries and the general public, noting that they are very happy and comfortable with the Dr. Dennis Otuaro exceptional leadership style.
A statement credited to Jude Gbaboyo, wherein he stated that, the administrator should be held responsible for the delay of stipend. Gen Clement Wodo, Gen Goddy Kaduna, and Gen Abobra Posibi dismissed the claims of Jude Gbaboyo, stating that, the Amnesty Administrator is not responsible for the payment of the stipend delay.
“We want to make it clear to Jude Gbaboyo and his co-travellers that no account of cheap blackmail can undermine the trust and confidence that the beneficiaries have for Chief (Dr) Dennis Burutu Otuaro (PhD),led Presidential Amnesty Programme.
“The leaders warn Jude Gbaboyo and his associates to stop the attitude of blackmailing good leader in the person of Chief (Dr) Dennis Burutu Otuaro, who is a product of the struggle and understand the plights of the people
that has good intentions for the benefits of the Amnesty Programme and Niger Delta region.
“We the leaders of phase 2 Presidential Amnesty Programme, Gen Clement Wodo, Gen Goddy Kaduna, and Gen Abobra Posibi, thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Chief (Dr.) Dennis Burutu Otuaro (PhD), who understands the purpose of the Programme to man the Amnesty Programme, and appeal to the President not to listen to critics of over jealous people and enemies of progress who did not mean well for his administration.
“We are appealing to our dear brothers and sisters in the Niger Delta, Royal Fathers, leaders, and beneficiaries not to pay any attention to Jude Gbaboyo and his group, nothing that, they are cheap liars and blackmailers.
The phase 2 leaders call on well-meaning Niger Deltans and beneficiaries of Amnesty Programme to join hands and work with Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro (PhD) for the benefits of all Niger Deltans.
