In appreciation and recognition of the Stakeholders engagements by the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) the National Coordinator of the Niger Delta Progressive Women Worldwide, Comrade Miebi Andakuro has admonish the steadfastness of the PAP Boss, Chief Dennis Otuaro.
According to Comrade Miebi Andakuro, “The PAP Boss has shown commitment and dedication to his plans and vision for the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration even in the face of inconsequential blackmails and agitations against him.
According to her, with the level of the PAP Boss, Chief Dennis Otuaro engagement with Traditional Rulers and Critical Stakeholders across the Niger Delta, I don’t see any Protests, Agitations or Blackmail that will Distract him, noting that, he is a product of the struggle and knows the root cause of the problem, and the reasons why the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) was establish. So he is well grounded and I commend Mr President for his appointment.
Comrade Miebi call on well-meaning, Nigerians, Niger Deltans, Ijaw sons and daughters to give the PAP Boss, Chief Dennis Otuaro the necessary support to actualize the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr President towards the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
