Obo River Bridge is part of the ongoing Ughelli-Asaba dualization project. The NIPR team went round the gigantic bridge under construction and commended the state government for the quality of work at the site.
NIPR National Vice President and leader of the team, Prof Musa Dandaura, was highly impressed. He described governor Oborevwori as a man with great vision.
