The Niger Delta Progressive Agenda For Change congratulates the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Administrator, Chief (Dr.) Dennis Otuaro on the occasion of his one year in office.

In a press statement jointly signed by its President and General Secretary, Comrade Goddey Enemieye Money and Comrade Henry Oyobolo, join other well-meaning Niger Deltans to commend the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Dr. Dennis Otuaro, as he marks one year in office, nothing that the one year has brought relative peace and stability to the region which has positively led to improved crude oil production at the same time reduced oil thief as well as vandalism of oil facilities.

The giant stripes of Chief Dennis Otuaro in engaging major critical stakeholders in the region like the ex-agitators to get first hand information of the challenges they face clearly shows that he has what it takes to carry the region to the promise land.

Based on these obvious achievements so far recorded against all odds, we wish to use this medium to appeal to the Niger Delta people to join hands with the Chief Dennis Otuaro’s led team so as to assist in uplifting and taking the region to the next enviable height,

The Niger Delta Progressive Agenda for Change is very proud to be associated with the Amnesty boss achievements, and we want to gladly thank the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu for putting a round peg in a round hole, and appeal that the Amnesty Programme budget be increased to meet up with the present day realities of the latest inflationary pricing of things in the country.
