THE JUDGEMENT OF COURT OF APPEAL, BENIN CITY, DELIVERED TODAY, 17TH DAY OF MAY 2019, IS A CERTIFICATION OF THE INDIVISIBILITY OF APC, DELTA STATE.
The All Progressives Congress, Delta State, led by the de-jure State Chairman of the Party, Prophet Jones Ode Erue, welcomes with infinite pleasure the judgement of the Court of Appeal, Benin City, which restored and further legalize the leadership of the Party under Jone Erue led Executive. To the Party, the judgement is a certification of her Oneness in Delta State.
The Party wants to state that though, wherever matured minds are, there are bound to be disagreement on issues and opinions. However, it is a common saying that in politics, “people disagree to agree”. In other words, having disagreed up to the Court of Appeal, Benin City, on issues and opinions on how our Great Party should be managed, it is the position of the Party that all aggrieved members should shealth their swords for the good of the Party.
Prophet Jones Ode Erue led Executive sees the Court of Appeal Judgement as a win-win situation, and an opportunity to build the Party to the greatest height. The Party believes that despite the Court of Appeal judgement, there is no Victor, no Vanquish.
We want to restate the commitment of the Party towards accommodating all members of the Party irrespective of political leaning, divergent views and opinions. This commitment, the State Chairman of the Party, Prophet Jones Ode Erue led Executive has vowed to pursue with all sense of responsibility and sincerity.
Once more, the Party prays all lovers of peace and unity of APC, Delta State, to put aside all manner of interest that is detrimental to the good of the Party. Machineries are already being put in place for the further unification of all members, and solutions to addressing divergent interest of all aggrieved members.
LET US GIVE PEACE A CHANCE. WE ARE ONE POLITICAL FAMILY.
APC, Next Level!!!
