Hon Godknows Angele Bags Award Of Excellence Performance As The Best Performing Council Chairman Of The South South

 

Asaba: The chairman of Burutu Local Government Area of Delta state, Hon. Godknows Angele bags the National Councillors Forum Award of Excellence Performance as the best Council Chairman of the South South region for his outstanding leadership and developmental stride in the Burutu Local Government Area.

Hon Angele bags the award of the best performing Council Chairman South South region at the on going South South Zonal Conference with the theme: National Security, Enhancing Local Government Compliance as effective tool for security management at the grassroots in Asaba, the capital of Delta state.

Presenting the award, the chairman of the National Councillors Forum of Nigeria South South Zone and majority leader of the Burutu Local Government Legislative Arm, Hon. Pudiya Biakpara said, “We have no better ways to thanked and appreciate you for your outstanding leadership as the most outstanding Council Chairman of the South South region, we hereby present this award of Excellence Performance to you as most performing council Chairman of the South South region for your passion and commitment to your job and your understanding leadership, you have left legacies behind that in time to come will speak for you.

Sir, you have exemplified the highest integrity and can be best described as a selfless Council Chairman, you will always remain an inspiring role model to the youths and colleagues, your legacies are innumerable, “he said.

Receiving the award, Hon. Godknows Angele thanked the National Councillors Forum of Nigeria South South Zone for finding him worthy which he described as a privilege and promised to do more developmental projects across the local government.

Hon. Angele dedicate the award to the good people of Burutu Local Government and the Honourable members of Burutu Legislative Arm for their support and prayers over the years. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity given to me to serve as your Council Chairman, the development of our dear local government communities is my primary concern. I will continue to work and leave legacies that will speak for me even before l leave office as council chairman.
