Hon. Joseph A. Alubeze as he adds another year today. Our dear father and leader, we wish to express our deepest feelings about this special day of celebration as God’s gift to the world. Indeed you are a rare gift as you apparently thrust it upon yourself a sheer responsibility to bless humanity. You have epitomised the spirit of true leadership through your benevolence and innumerable philanthropic gestures.
