Coronavirus: No Isolation Centres In Coastal Areas Music Prophet, Barrister Smooth Tells Gov Okowa, Govt Representatives In Coastal Areas, Advice Them What To Do

This foreign disease call Coronavirus is everybody’s business, we need to self guide ourselves to be safe. Self isolation is okay, but what is the masses going to feed on while embarking on self isolation?

“We from the coastal part of the country are not left out, and I really think the government must do something very quickly to push the information to our rural areas, in our local dialects so that the locals can understand how to be safeguard with proper education on Corona virus.

Now, as Ijaw musician, we have shows almost every weekend that gathers hundreds of persons. How do we manage this kind of situations?

As a a musical leader of Ijaw extraction, I wish to use this medium to plead with the Authorities to kindly consider the Entertainers, and get them involve in helping to fight this deadly disease in our local communities by Sponsoring Musicians to move from community to community with the social health workers to educate the people, and also make songs that will help to educate the people to be alert on the incoming danger and how to safe guide themselves.

“The government should know that Musicians are the voice of the masses and our Governors, Senators, House of Representatives members, State House members and our senior politicians should take this advice very seriously, this will go a long way to safe our people from this danger that is looking for who to devour.

May God Almighty Safe Us All IJN.
