*BURIAL RITES OF THE LATE ELDER HON. FAMOUS OFUROBIRI*

The Government of Bomadi Local Government Council, with a heavy heart, announces the burial rites of our beloved late Council Secretary, Elder (Hon.) Famous Ofurobiri, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 63.

The burial rites, as released by the bereaved family, will take place as follows:

*Date:* Thursday, February 6, 2025
*Venue:* No. 6 Ayoro Street, Enerhen Road, Beside Godatin Hotel, Warri, Delta State
*Time:* 3:00 PM

*BURIAL CEREMONY:*

Date: Saturday, February 8, 2025

*7:00 AM:* Body departs Olodiama Mortuary for his father’s compound at Obirigbene Quarters, Bomadi

*8:00 AM:* Lying in State at his father’s compound

*10:00 AM:* Funeral Service and Interment at Olou Primary School Field, officiated by the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Winners Chapel Bomadi

*4:00 PM:* Condolence visits and entertainment follow immediately thereafter, hosted by Chief Abraham Young

The Government of Bomadi Local Government Council, under the leadership of Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, Executive Chairman, mourns the loss of our dedicated and hardworking Secretary to the Local Government, who served with distinction and commitment.

We invite the general public, friends, and family to join us as we bid farewell to our beloved late Elder Hon. Famous Ofurobiri.
