The national coordinator of Niger Delta Progressive Women Worldwide, Comrade Miebi Andakuro has admonish the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC) Dr. Ongbuku Samuel to continue to focus and concentrate his Transformative Developmental Programmes across the Niger Delta region, nothing that he should not be distracted by enemies of progress petitions and blackmailers.

Speaking with newsmen in Warri after meeting with women groups, Comrade Miebi said, “We are here to declare our support to the Managing Director of NDDC, Dr. Ongbuku Samuel to continue his Transformative Developmental Programmes warn blackmailers to steer clear, nothing that they are satisfied with Ongbuku-led NDDC.

“According to the national coordinator, “Dr. Ongbuku Samuel has been making impactful and audacious achievements across the Niger Delta since he resume office. Dr Ongbuku knows his onions and needs of the people of Niger Delta as a product of the struggle. He is perfectly doing well for the development of the Niger Delta region.

Dr. Ongbuku’s upbringing was steeped in tradition and a sense of duty, but has always had an ambitious vision that extends far beyond his roots. His life exemplifies his courage to dream big, take risks and impacts society meaningfully.

“Some of his “Transformative Attributes”, include strong work ethics – instead of being distracted, he’s always focused on how to bring a better living for Niger Deltans, he’s works will speak for him in his future endeavors.

“Another strong attribute of him, is his commitment towards empowerment by prioritizing “Local Talent Development,” helping to create Job Opportunities across the Niger Delta.

Dr. Ongbuku Samuel values and regards  networking and relationships both in government and private sector help him to build and maintain strategic relationships across the country and beyond.

The Management Team of the NDDC-led by Ongbuku has prioritized equity, transparency, striving to ensure that all States in the NDDC Act, receive equal and fair opportunities in terms of projects and employment.

“The Team has done enormously well to sustain the existing peace in the Niger Delta region. The People’s MD, as we call him, is focused and not distracted with frivolous and myopic allegations and agitations, but focuses on Infrastructural Development, Educational, Health Care and Sustainable Economic Growth that will be instrumental in Empowering Niger Deltans.

“The vibrant national coordinator used this medium to call for more support and encouragement from the Federal Government, Multinationals, and Critical Stakeholders to enable the Commission deliver on his Transformative Mandate.

She urge Niger Delta youths to stop and jettison the Spirit of “Pull him Down Syndrome”, nothing that Niger Delta produces the best brains in the country, but the lack of support, solidarity, blackmail, petitions and other embarrassing actions tend to Dehumanizing and reducing our public officers and leaders reputation.

“In this situation, There’s obviously no way, we can make meaningful progress with negative disposition. Let us give all the necessary support to our public officers and leaders in the Niger Delta region to succeed in their mandate.

Comrade Miebi call on all stakeholders to join hands in bond with Dr. Ongbuku-led management in synergy and solidarity for the Niger Delta of our dream.
