In his bid of contributing towards the growth and development of APC in Delta state as well as ensuring significant gesture emphasizing gender inclusivity and empowerment, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Hon. Festus Keyamo SAN met with APC Women Leaders from Delta State led by the APC Delta Central Women Leader, Hon. Onojoserio loveth Ese at his office in Abuja.

“The meeting, which lasted for about an hour, focused on the pivotal role of women in politics and governance, deliberation on how to ensure victory for the party on the future elections as well as strategies to enhance their participation in decision-making processes.

During the audience, the Minister praised the contributions of women leaders in shaping policy and driving social change. “Women are not mere participants but essential drivers of progress in our society,” the Minister also stated that, “We would ensure that women voices are heard and valued in all spheres of governance.”

Hon. Onojoserio loveth Ese while speaking on behalf of the delegation, highlighted several key issues affecting women in the Community, ranging from economic disparities to social injustices.

She expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to discuss these pressing matters directly with the Minister. “This meeting is an encouraging step towards fostering collaboration between government and grassroots organizations aimed at uplifting women,”she said.

“Both leaders reiterated their commitment to implementing initiatives that support women’s rights and promote female leadership within political structures. Discussions included potential policies that could be introduced to address issues such as education, health care access, and workplace equality for women.

“The meeting was seen as a crucial opportunity for bridging the gap between the government and women-led initiatives across the country. Observers noted that this collaboration could pave the way for a more inclusive political landscape, benefiting not just women but society as a whole.
