Ndokwa Nation Benefiting Massively From Senator Ned Nwoko, Chief Rich Kay Enuenwosu Replies Ukwuani Trumpet

…Says The Use Of Word Ukwuani Nation Is An Aberration

Anioma State Creation is a project initiated by our founding fathers like Dennis Osadebe who saw the need for us to have a state of our own. This long aged quest of our people which has almost died for decades has been resurrected by Senator Prince Ned Nwoko who is doing everything possible to finish it and let us achieve our demand for a state of our own.

It is practically wrong to give the wrong impression that the agitation has been met with opposition from Ukwuani people because of the belief that the new state when created will be in the South East. The fact is that our people, the Ndokwa people desires the state regardless of geopolitical zone it belongs.

While it is important to clarify the fact that Ndokwa (Ndokwa West, Ndokwa East and Ukwuani LGAs) people has no problem with Anioma State being in the South East geopolitical zone, it is important to note that it is within the confine of the presidency to choose which geopolitical zone the new state will belong to.

Geopolitical zones are mere geographic expressions and have no negative effect on states as states are practically independent.

On the issue of questions raised about Senator Ned Nwoko’s Representation in Ndokwa Nation this is what I have to say.

Firstly, the use of the word “Ukwuani Nation” is an aberration as you may intentionally be segregating and dividing the Ukwuani and Ndosumili people which by official annexation are coined together and called “Ndokwa Nation”. Ndokwa is a mixture of Ndosumili and Ukwani so the region is called Ndokwa Nation and not Ukwuani Nation so in this context, I’ll be using Ndokwa Nation instead of Ukwuani Nation as used by the admin of the Ukwuani Trumpet.

So dealing with Senator Prince Ned Nwoko’s Representation of Ndokwa Nation as our senator, it is important to note that Ndokwa Nation has both executive and legislative representatives each having their respective defined functions. Senator Prince Ned Nwoko is a legislator and has done so much for Ndokwa Nation.

Below are some of the efforts of the senator for Ndokwa Nation
