2027: The Imperative For A Paradigm Shift In Our Party’s Leadership Structure

Our Party Should Adopt Collegiate Leadership Model That Prioritizes Unity, Togetherness And Collective Decision-Making Rather Than Relying On The Whims Of A Single Individual

As a stalwart advocate for progressive change within the APC, I firmly believe that our party’s future success hinges on our ability to adopt a collegiate leadership model. This approach prioritizes unity, togetherness, and collective decision-making, rather than relying on the whims of a single individual.

The antiquated model of a single individual meeting with the president, only to subsequently disseminate purported declarations, is no longer tenable. Instead, I advocate for a collegiate leadership approach that emphasizes the input and expertise of all leaders, fostering a more inclusive and representative governance structure.

Recently, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege posted about his meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Presidential Villa, discussing national development and key issues affecting Delta State. While some may question the authenticity of the meeting, I emphasize the importance of recognizing the villa’s official statement or photo of the visit.

The arrival of Chief Great Ogboru is a significant boon to the Delta APC, and I am confident that his presence will galvanize our party’s efforts to promote inclusive governance and collective decision-making.

As a committed advocate for collegiate leadership, I shall continue to promote this model using my personal platforms, including my Facebook account. I extend forgiveness to those who have trespassed against me and emphasize that my disagreement with opposing ideologies stems from fundamental differences in values and principles.

Ultimately, as we navigate the complexities of party politics, it is essential to recognize the importance of respectful dialogue, constructive criticism, and a commitment to democratic principles. By prioritizing unity and collective decision-making, we can build a stronger, more resilient party that truly represents the interests of our constituents.

In conclusion, I am committed to working tirelessly to promote the values of collegiate leadership, unity, and inclusive governance. As the APC Councilorship Candidate for Ughelli DSIEC Ward 1/14 (Ekiugbo, Inene, Aro, & Overbridge), I am dedicated to ensuring that our party remains a beacon of hope for our constituents.
